If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or compensations that you can use on a future purchase.
If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will send you a fresh piece in different size within 7-12 working days. This is only valid if, NAMITADHOOT has sent a wrong/different size from the one mentioned in the order.
However, our pieces are handcrafted and based on delicate and prominent artworks, so they can never be 100% of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in pictures on our website or any other portal.
NAMITADHOOT holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.
